Aeropodcast #43: Snake Solid?
By Joe Haygood | August 3, 2008
The podcast gains an extra man this week, when Stephen joins Joe, Joe and George and lets just say that this podcast goes anything but smoothly at times. This week, we discuss game franchises that need to be retired, reworked or brought back from a deep slumber. Some of the titles include Starfox, Tomb Raider, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. Galaga Legends is mentioned, and causes Joe to blow a gasket.
We also talk about some gaming news, including the PS3 orange Box open letter, Capcom crying PC piracy foul and the PS3 Home beta coming sooner than later. Also we manage to mangle the all mighty Metal Gear Solid franchise, and Gamecock becomes a dirty word on our show.
Thanks as always to Mixmaster Stephen and his wheels of steel for mixing the podcast this week, and to Revolution Void for our bumper music. You can find them at www.revolutionvoid.com.
