A look at what Square-Enix is showing at DKΣ3713

1up’s reporting from DKΣ3713 in Japan, so they have the information on what’s at the show. We were promised a look at a bunch of games by Square-Enix at the event’s announcement, and there has been some speculation as to what might be the “shocking” announcement that was named in an interview some time ago, assuming that wasn’t simply that Final Fantasy XIII is also coming to Xbox 360.

Final Fantasy XIII for PS3, Final Fantasy Dissidia for PSP, Kingdom Hearts for mobile phones, DS, and PSP, and even a new Parasite Eve game for mobile and PSP, as well as an RPG for Nintendo DS called Sigma Harmonics are confirmed. In fact, here’s a rundown of what the event’s name is all about.

The event is properly known as DKΣ3713, which means: Dissidia, Kingdom Hearts, Sigma Harmonics, Parasite Eve The 3rd Birthday, Compilation of Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy XIII/Fabula Nova Crystalis.

The article mentions that they’ve been told there is something big coming relating to Final Fantasy VII and XIII. It will be interesting to see what comes of that. There will be a demo of Final Fantasy XIII for PS3 included on the BluRay release of Advent Children, and Final Fantasy Agito XIII is coming to PSP. The Parasite Eve 3 mobile game is coming to PSP as well.
