Major Nelson and co-host “e”, which I think is his actual Gamertag, answer questions about the upcoming Xbox 360 Experience update coming this fall – to which we have a video for here. To give you an idea of how far the Dashboard has come since the Fall 2007 update, check out all the old updates, compared to the new (in the video link above):
Xbox Originals game download service, Family Timer parental control feature, and expanded social networking experiences. Xbox 360 owners can also look forward to enhanced navigation, profile, and video features and Xbox LIVE® Arcade Hits.
Notice I highlighted “enhanced navigation”.

well i just turned on my 360 now, its 11:10am, and xbox live works, but no update
yoiu guys dont realize that the update doesnt come till later….live being down was to make room and prepare for the update which wont be till l8r this year
Maybe it was not made clear enough, but this is not the New Xbox Live Experience update. The update is not due until later in the fall. This is just for the backend plumbing to get things ready for the update. Did people miss that part of the message when they discussed the update.

Well I think that the update should have come like they led us to believe. However, is there a date set or are they saying some bullshizzle this fall crap?

How Come Every Time Before A Major Update. Live Fucks Up. Now While Iam Playing Games I Keep Getting Disconnected Because Xbox Live Is Fucking Up. And When I Test Connection I Pass Every Test Except Connecting To Live. Nice Job Microsoft.

Personally, i dont expect it until Gears 2 is released or closed to it. NOV. probably. MS will TELL everyone when the XBOX EXPERIENCE UPDATE will be released and give a DATE and TIME. Come on now, its a multiBILLION dollar company, dont you think they would have some common sense? Have some for yourself. So quit dissing the company YOU DEPEND ON to game.

COD4 has been really weird lately, its not been able to connect right
fucking assholes microsoft, just do the freaking update already. you pissed a lot of people off with that “we will be offline monday for new update” shit, and failed to make it clear enough that it isn’t until fucking later. just release it and BE FUCKING DONE WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
