    Wolfenstein Trailer Released

    By Joe Haygood | July 16, 2008

So the new Wolfenstein finally got a trailer, and while some of the effects look great, I get this strange sense of Deja Vu as I watch it.  Wolfentein looks great with all of its nice effects, but it looks like a visual upgrade pack for Return to Castle Wolfenstein.  Also, there are a lot of quick cuts in the trailer that make it a bit difficult to see what is going on in regards to the action.  Raven is at the helm again for this one, so I feel like it will be a good game, but it is going to have to sell me with more originality.

    • Yeah we need to see some more gameplay.

I clearly remember when the first Wolfenstein came out at the same time as Medal of Honor. It had to compete, and lost in sales.
    • Graphics are nice, but lets just take the megaman route and bring back the old side scrolling room to room action of the original Castle Wolfenstein on the Apple II+ and put it on the 360 and PS3. Imagine the awe and wonder of the game in the eyes of today's gamer. It would be epic.
