Sony pastes Greatest Hits band, $30 price tag on 10 games
That familiar dark red band that runs across the boxes of PlayStation 2 games, indicating that they’ve stopped moving copies fast enough to warrant a $50 price tag, has now found its way to the formerly $60 PlayStation 3 games in a somewhat more attractive way. The 10 games marked down with the new boxes include some exciting ones, like Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Warhawk, and Oblivion, but exclude some other desirable choices like Uncharted. I’m guessing the latter is still selling well enough at its full price point, and that’s not unreasonable. It’s an amazing game.
This is nice to see, as this really is a list of 10 very good games that are worth playing on the system. Now those of us without infinite budgets can get them two for the price of one. Bounce on below for the full list of games.

Yeop Uncharted is hopefully going to get a sales bump when the trophy patch comes out for it. That patch may arrive late August.
I bought a used copy of it last month once the announcement was made, even though I’d rented it and played it all the way through once already. I’ll play it again for the trophies.
$30 Warhawk Aeropause Clan Get!
Isn’t Warhawk $30 to download from the PlayStation Store? I wonder if that got a price drop too.
Warhawk is reduced as well to $29.99 from $39.99.
Good to know, thanks Salesmunn.
Okay, I dunno about you guys, but $30 is not a deal. I seen some of these games have gone on sale for at least $20 at times.
Sure, but there’s something to be set for a lower ceiling, amirite? It’s nice to know that now when they go on sale it will be for even less.
