Rock Band 2 Set List Leaks All Over the Interwebs

Submitted by Joe Haygood on July 3, 2008 – 2:28 amComments

Yesterday, we had the first set list leak, which came from a screen capture as a section of Rock Band 2 was being shown on G4TV.  The set list from that list includes the following songs:

Panic Attack – (I’m guessing) Finger Eleven
Chop Suey – System of a Down
Give It Away – Red Hot Chili Peppers
Everlong – Foo Fighters
Kids in America – Kim Wilde
Ace of Spades – Motorhead
Hello There – Cheap Trick
Any Way You Want It – Journey
Pinball Wizard – The Who

Now comes word of another leak from Scorehero.com, which was pulled shortly after NDAs were discovered but saved by Kotaku:

“One Step Closer” by Linkin Park
“Peace Sells” by Megadeth
“Testify” by Rage Against The Machine
“American Woman” by The Guess Who
“White Wedding” by Billy Idol
“You Oughta Know” by Alanis Morrisette
“Aqua Lung” by Jethro Tull
“Bad Reputation” by Joan Jett
“Drain You” by Nirvana
“Man in the Box” by Alice In Chains
“Spoonman” by Soundgarden
“We Got The Beat” by the Go-Gos

I am so all over this song list.  Alanis is awesome, and the Go-Go’s?  Kim Wilde?  Jethro Tull?  Billy Idol?  This is just way too good for words.  If they pull off the miracle, and get Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and for me, Dire Straits, I will never look at another Guitar Hero game again.
