I love this quote "so it’s really only a matter of time until the Rock Band library is eclipsed." Eclipsed with what? Crap? Give me a break. No offense to all the would be song creators. However, chances are there will be very few songs created that will be worthy of a "real" song by a "real" band.

So given the choice of 500 legit bands songs on Rock Band versus a chunk of songs by wannabes......I will take the Rock Band list.

Stephen, I agree, but I think it just means that the Wii version of Guitar Hero World Tour will sell great, but I think there will be a down number of Guitar Hero World Tour numbers on the other two platforms. It comes down to how many plastic perhipherals will people put in their house, because I know I will not get another drum set, mic or guitar. I have enough already. About the only think I could see is if I get a duet ability, in which case, I might buy a second mic, but that is it.

Hey, you're getting a Track Pack, just like the PS2 version! It's like spending $30 on the songs somebody else likes, rather than spending $30 on precisely what you like! Woot!

And again I have to point out that unless Rock Band 2 has downloadable content on Wii, like GHWT promises, it will still be worthless.
