		<description>I don&#039;t know if I&#039;d say that they have been working on this for some time. I&#039;m not a gambler, but I would lay money that Microsoft played a huge part in getting that IP on the Xbox360. I&#039;d say that they offered them cold-hard cash, a premium development team for &#039;porting&#039; it, and 24/7 on-site support. I can tell you first hand with that level of power it doesn&#039;t take long for something to be &#039;ported&#039;. Shoot, I&#039;ve taken software that took a team of 3-5 developers one year to develop, and re-written it from scratch in a couple of months.</description>
