I really liked last year’s DBZ game, Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit 2. It felt like the franchise had finally achieved some serious attention with a game that was both deep and fun.

You could appear in Street Fighter IV

Today on the Capcom blog S-Kill announce something that should make a lot of fans happy

The latest idea to sneak past was to have some Street Fighter fans’ faces–yes, your actual faces–appear as background characters in Street Fighter IV.

Only thing you have to do to enter in this contest is submit video, text, audio, or a picture explaining why you deserve to be on Street Fighter IV. It’s always fun when game companies do this. Small contests like this always makes the fan community happy. I’m just praying that some hot female will win this and not some ugly fat pimple face nerd.

Why don’t they just implement it as a feature? Both the PS3 and 360 have camera functionality. Heck, they could even put a camera in the arcade version, it wouldn’t be hard at all.

  • Shane says:

Stephen you’re right but I think this idea sticks more. If people had the ability to always put their face in the background, it would die quickly. This way, everyone sees your mug all the time.

  • Joe Haygood says:

Implementing it as a feature would be nice, until you get someone like Cheapy D, who admits he always tries to put a picture of his balls in avery game that will allow him. BTW Cheapy, we love you, but I needed a point of reference.

  • Stephen Munn says:

I heard him say that, but I wonder if he keeps a JPG on file for just such a need.

  • Thanks for information, I'll always keep updated here!
