Return To EverQuest I and II For Free Through July

Submitted by Joe Haygood on June 4, 2008 – 11:13 amComments

I never found myself totally immersed in the Everquest world, but it looks like I might have a reason to go back to it after all these months.  Sony has decided that it is going to give former players the ability to come back to the game for free until the end of July.  This applies to both Everquest I and II, and is being touted through the Living Legacy program.

Sweetening the pot a bit, Sony is giving you a new in-game item for returning, and the opportunity to continue playing for free, for up to 20 months.  How do you do that?  By recruiting your friends, family and random forum posters to join Everquest I or II during the next six weeks.  Every new referral gains you free subscription time.
