Gag Order Filed On Itagaki By Tecmo

Submitted by on June 19, 2008 – 2:07 am2 Comments

As detailed in a Famitsu report translated by GameSpot, Tecmo successfully sought and received a court-ordered sanction on Itagaki. He may not make any statements about Tecmo, its products, its practices, or its employees, either directly or via third parties or press interviews.

Tecmo has been very defensive over the many court orders against them and how they are being reported over the internet. Doing something like this doesn’t really help their cause but only gets people like me writing about and calling them out on it. What else is Tecmo going to do to piss more people off? Maybe they will stomp on flowers and yell at puppies?

Dear Tecmo: Please do not let this interfere with your duty to get Fatal Frame IV shipped on time.

    Thank you.
