		<description>As a site writer, this is understandable, but as a parent, it kind of sucks.  I like to be able to look up the ratings early, so I can make sure that a game that is commercialized all over the place can be looked up before my kid gets the idea that he can have it.  This potentially gives a publisher the right to hold the ratings at bay until the day of release.  So no knowledge of what a game might be rated until then, sounds rather bad.  I hope there is a limit to how late they can submit these ratings.  Just the parent in me ranting.</description>
