    Doof

    By Shane | June 16, 2008

I was just over at Doof checking out their new social networking meets casual game site. It’s another excellent, well presented but not free, distraction that your boss might not approve of, but who the hell cares! They’re fun, and you might as well get your fun in before the Icebergs completely melt away.

I took the liberty of signing up to see what Doof had to say in 30 seconds or less. I was impressed with the interface, expedited sign-up process and plethora of titles to choose from. Then there’s the whole networking side to it which is like marrying Facebook with Casual games. You start a new account with 10 credits which are used to bet on the games you play, gain status, enter tournaments and send gifts. The more you win, the more credits you earn, but what I really liked most was their support towards Flash Game Developers:

If we think your game is fantastic we may be able to sponsor it. We’re constantly on the look out for great talent, and what could potentially be a long and lucrative partnership between you and doof.com!

So if you have a cool, finished game, submit it here.
