Halo, Hookers and Dad’s Credit Card

A 13-year-old kid figured out his dad’s security verification information and ordered a second card. Not content with just getting the card, he proceeded to run up a $30K bill a 360, Halo 3, delivered snack foods and a couple of hookers.

While that in itself is highly amusing, the cover story that the kids used is the best. The boys told everyone that they had won a recent World of Warcraft tournament and felt that call girls to play Halo was their way to celebrate. Geek knows no boundaries.

No word on what happened to the kid, after his parents found about about his spending spree, but as I think we can all say, better him than us.

    no i live in NY just that my parents never believed in the whole grounding thing when i was young it would be a beating then followed by some crying and id learn my lesson. dont you think grounding is such a light punishment you could just come home and go to sleep or w.e? RIGHT?
