Tiny Diggers – An iPad Construction Truck Game for Kids Age 2-5

Metal Gearheads eagerly anticipating the upcoming release of Metal Gear Solid 4 are already familiar with these new-variety lady-legged walking arsenals, but their cameo appearance in Super Smash Bros Brawl might be a surprise.

Found in the Shadow Moses stage (naturally), these new Metal Gears randomly appear in the background once the building fall away. Other Metal Gears from games past also appear, but this is the only one that jumps up onto the crumbling wall like a chimp at the Monkey House.

This isn’t the first time that an upcoming game release was essentially previewed inside Smash Bros – Melee contained trophies of Animal Crossing characters, almost a full year ahead of the US release – but perhaps this underlines the depths to which Hideo Kojima wanted his star property included on Nintendo’s team.
