Activision Gives Refund Option For Guitar Hero 3 Wii Purchases
Last year, people found out that Guitar Hero III on the Wii was not recording in Dolby Digital. It was not even in stereo for that matter. Wii owners got a fat chunk of mono music with their guitars. Well, seeing as that is not so good for a rhythm music game, Activision decided to offer a fixed disc program to those that filled out a form and sent it into Activision.
Well, a fair amount of people were not satisfied with the turnaround time for the disc replacement for Guitar Hero III, so now, Activision has decided to offer full refunds to anyone that fills out the form on their website. This should quell the rest of those that were unsatisfied with the way that Activision handled the Guitar Hero III release on the Wii platform. One only hopes that they do not make this mistake with the next iteration in the series.
