Bully: Scholarship Edition gets a trailer.

    By Stephen Munn | January 30, 2008

The oft-overlooked Bully for PS2 brought up a lot of controversy for absolutely no reason when a lot of people who jump to conclusions just assumed that anything by Rockstar called Bully had to be a game that glorified bullying. Unfortunately for Rockstar, the controversy didn’t help sales, perhaps because those who would have bought the game if it had glorified bullying actually were aware that it didn’t.

Fast-forward to now, and the game’s getting an enhanced port for Wii and 360, and here’s the first trailer. Note the improved visuals (yes, even on Wii, come on now) and that there’s a bunch of additional content in these games to make them worthwhile to those who enjoyed the original.

It will be interesting to see how this game performs at retail. I know the pared-down Table Tennis didn’t sell too well with some of its features stripped out. Not that the original on 360 did well.
