Sony Opts To Lose Out On More Holiday Sales.

playstationnetworkcards.pngEver since the PlayStation Network started up, it seems, you had two options for paying for your purchases. You could use a credit card or you could use a PlayStation Network Card. Except you really only had one option because PSN cards never were released anywhere.

Why Sony took over a year to actually produce the darned things is something I can’t even begin to guess, but Sony says yes, they are coming and PSPFanboy actually got some as gifts for this holiday season. When can we buy them? In early 2008. Just in time to completely miss a great opportunity for holiday sales as oh, I don’t know, stocking stuffers? Regular outright gifts? Maybe a birthday gift?

Makes me want to throw my news copy up in the air and walk off the console news set. Except I don’t have a set. Or news copy. Or a camera to record me throwing the copy I don’t have.
