David Jaffe has emerged from media hibernation onto the PlayStation Blog of all things to give a teaser video for the Twisted Metal: Head On PS2 port his company Eat, Sleep, Play is working on. And get this, there isn’t a single four-letter word in the whole press release!

The remake will be packing in some new features, including a new level not part of Twisted Metal: Head On, one of the earliest online-playable PSP games, and from what the video shows it will have some behind-the-scenes documentaries and other never-before-seen artwork and animations, however rough and unfinished. This kind of stuff was a really nice perk for God of War II and could be enough to let Sony put the game’s price up in half-current-gen pricing territory of 30 or 40 bucks.

He also goes on to mention that he’ll be back on the blog soon to talk about their first PS3 PSN title soon, and he neglects to give us any release window for either game. Twisted Metal: Head On: Extra Twisted Edition has a new age-protected video up at GameVideos at the link below, so buckle up and get out those ID cards.
