CAGs Blow The Doors Off $10,000 Child’s Play Goal

CheapyDJoystiq wrote at 5am today about how CheapAssGamers had blown past their $10,000 Child’s Play donation goal in just four days to $11,000 but you know what? I’m not going to show a screenshot of their ChipIn meter. Nuh-uh, because it’ll be way, way out of date. How out of date? They’ve blown past $13,055 as I post this.

Last year CheapyD had problems with donating to the charity but apparently this ChipIn system that allows direct PayPal donations has taken all of the headache out of it. Donating enters you to win one of a growing pile of donated prizes including consoles and games, which has helped spur the onslaught of giving.

This is an incredible achievement that CheapyD and the CAGs should be really so proud of. Have you given to Child’s Play yet?

Seen on Joystiq; contest on CAG.
