Signs Point to UT3 on 12/10

UT3_BOXSHOT.jpgThe speculation of the Unreal Tournament 3 release date continues even today. As of right now, numerous online retailers are showing a 12/10 release date, along with Gamestop/EBGames. While some sites are showing a March 2008 release date, the key for me is that last week, Gamestop had the game listed for February but has since updated it.

Will the game come in December? I doubt it but according to Amazon.com, Frys.com ($49!?),Ebgames.com,Gamestop.com and Gamecrazy.com (12/31), it will.

***UPDATE*** According to Joystiq, in the official Epic Forums, Rein has stated that SCEA has cleared UT3 for release, possibly in December. I’m looking for the comment***

    There were comments just last week that they would have a release candidate for Sony shortly. We should hear a “Gone Gold” announcement soon if SCEA has cleared it for manufacturing.
