FUN for Our Troops

When gamers think of major holiday charities, Child’s Play is often the first thing to come to mind. And rightly so. The Penny Arcade guys have worked hard to make Child’s Play an insanely productive and successful charity.

If you have anything more to give, however, you might look into FUN for Our Troops. I saw this over at GamePolitics.com.

A couple military wives are teaming up to send consoles and games overseas to troops that are currently deployed. Having known a number of people that have served in Iraq, video games seem to be a universal way for the troops to relax and get their minds off the chaotic events around them.

So, if you are looking for a charity this holiday season, head over to the FUN for Our Troops website and submit a donation.
