Tetris Splash Review

Unless you have been under some rock for the last twenty years, there is a good chance that you have played a game of Tetris. Not to be content with the many variants that have been created over the years, we now have a new version that has come to the marketplace by the name of Tetris Splash.
Tetris Splash at its core is the same Tetris game that we have played time and time again. The game has been stripped down to its basics, and has been moved to an aquatic setting, which is where the Splash part of the name comes into play. The game offers both standard and multiplayer modes to go through the game.
In the standard single player mode, you try to clear rows of blocks until you run out of room to manipulate the blocks. It is the same Tetris game mode that has been played since it was on the PC and the Gameboy 20+ years ago. The biggest thing that was changed was a ghost feature. The game will show you a ghost piece at the bottom of the screen showing you where your piece will land. It is annoying and cannot be shut off until you earn a certain amount of achievements.
Multiplayer is a different experience altogether. You can have a total of six people in a match via Xbox Live or head to head on the same machine. You basically try to clear you rows and the rows you clear show up as grey rows on the other player
