I was just talking about Oblivion for the PS3 a couple of days ago, and here goes Bethesda making the official announcement that the Shivering Isles expansion will be out on November 20th as a retail disc. A $30 price tag, 30 hours of new gameplay, and a new plane of Oblivion to explore are all part of the package.
