Oblivion on the Cheapy
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on the PS3 has hours upon hours of gameplay value. If you’ve ever played a hack-and-slash adventure game you owe it to yourself to give it a try, and since it’s Amazon’s Deal of the Day today at just twenty bucks, you can’t go wrong by picking it up. These days it normally goes for $10 more at retail.
And if you’re really worried that you don’t get the Shivering Isles expansion in the package the way you do in the $60 new Game Of The Year Edition, you might want to know that Bethesda is, well, working on it. They said they’re going to put out a downloadable version of Shivering Isles or, well, maybe a disc-based version of it instead, but they’re going to do it somehow.
Look, CheapyD even says this original version is a great value and all he ever does is give backhanded compliments to PS3 games on his podcast. I mean seriously, the man couldn’t even say something nice about his hands-on time with Metal Gear Solid 4 without whining about how hard the game seemed to him.
