We hear mostly about the delays, but some big titles have hit the mark and come out on time. Ratchet and Clank made it out on time, as will Uncharted now that it's gold. Kane & Lynch will be out early, I'm seeing now the 14th on all platforms. Call of Duty 4 is also due out on time on the 5th. With luck it will stand tall alongside the 360 version.

Anyway you splice it there's lots to play even if your only console is the PS3. Even from last month. I'm still in the early chapters of Folklore and really enjoying that one, and Ratchet will reach my door sooner or later.

It's a PS3 game. Was a delay anything less than normal. This was the one game you wanted to see come out on time. Especially when it had already been delayed.

Top franchises cannot continue to be delayed time and time again for the PS3. What it the motive to buy one when there is no supply of games to play.

Funniest bit is from Joystiq:

"Konami further promises that pushing Metal Gear Solid 4 into the April-June arrival window will ensure it "meets everyone's expectations." We certainly hope so, as our expectations have been sitting at the airport with nothing to do for years now but read interviews with Ryan Payton."
