Manhunt 2 Can Be Bought in UK via a Loophole
As we know, with any law, there always seems to be a loophole, and in the UK it is no different. Remember when the British Board of Film banned Manhunt 2 from being sold in any store. Well, the law that allows this does not seem to cover downloadable media.
UK law states that a game can be downloaded that does not cover a rating, because the rating is meant for a physical product. Not sure why the government would have left a hole this big in a law, but if Rockstar was so inclined, they could find a way to release this game as a download for consoles in the UK.
There is still a problem though. The Wii only has 512MB of internal memory and the PS2 does not have a hard drive by default. So I am not sure how they can get this to the people of UK in an efficient manner.
