Majesco returns to publish Nanostray sequel that I want badly.
It surprises me to hear that Majesco will be providing publication duty for the upcoming scrolling shooter Nanostray 2. I’m surprised simply because I was under the impression that Nanostray hadn’t done well for Majesco, despite its phenomenal production values and excellent gameplay. This is a game that came out in 2005, and I was just playing it the night before last, even though I’ve already beaten it. I like it.
I was thrilled when the first footage of this sequel came out, and I shared that with you at that point. It looks like we’ll see Nanostray 2 somewhere around the beginning of 2008. Notable among its new features: WiFi Connection functionality in online leaderboards.
