Gears Almost Shipped Without Multiplayer; Halo 3 Not As Good.

EvAv Halloween LogoThe funny thing about the EvAv post about Gears almost not having multiplayer isn’t the shocking idea of a MP-less Gears, it’s the little dash of Halo 3 hate salt that Gears fans are rubbing on the game that’s otherwise been a media darling recently.

    ive herd this debate over and over on xbox live some one will say this game is great and some other kid will say well its no Gears lol and then a big noob fight starts some of my friends cnt stand playing multi player halo 3

    I hate fanboy fights… they are both good games. More people are familiar with the Halo name though, so more people will by and play it.

    I’m surprised they haven’t come up with the idea of packaging GoW with the 360 in some form. I would think it would move some more units that way.

    To be honest I actually like Gears more than Halo 3. Maybe it’s the whole third-person thing I dunno.
