It looks like another EA action game has been slid past the end of 2007 and into 2008, and while some may lament Army Of Two’s delay I’m kind of glad that if it ships in early 2008 it’ll be filling in what will be a huge lull in games after a bumper crop this fall.

It looks like another EA action game has been slid past the end of 2007 and into 2008, and while some may lament Army Of Two’s delay I’m kind of glad that if it ships in early 2008 it’ll be filling in what will be a huge lull in games after a bumper crop this fall.
Gamespot divulged the news at the end of an article about hands-on time with a PS3 build of the game that sounded very good in the co-op department. There’s apparently no free ride in the game when playing in co-op mode — each player has to hit the controls on time in order to execute the moves.
So who will make it out first in 2008? EA’s Mercenaries 2 or Army of Two?
