Halo3 at Sev'sI’ve been doing more selling than buying of Xbox 360 games lately. My launch system runs like trash and what better game to finish it off than the game that the system was built to run.

Besides, if I can go to the Sev’s at the corner and buy Halo 3 with a six of Heine and a 1/2 pound day-old hot dog, how can I go wrong? The local store employees didn’t even make me leave a deposit for it, I’m just going back in 3 hours and picking it up.

This is a further reminder that, aside of the trade-in policy, EBGames Gamestop stores are almost completely worthless. Then again, maybe I should save that judgment until after I go down there and actually get the game in my hand.

I’ll let you know.

As with any other retailer, the trick to shopping at Gamestop is knowing when to shop there. I won’t buy used games there usually, because they’re always cheaper and in better condition online. However, if I need to buy a game that’s somewhat of a new release, but more than a month old, Gamestop is more likely to have it in stock than Target.

are there 7-11s in new york city?

  • James (Aeropause)

Marc: Yes, there are. I’m in NY. I’m not sure which 7-11′s are participating, you’ll probably have to call.

Personally I prefer the mega Burrito to the half-pound hot dog.

A helluva lot more bang for the buck but either way ya can’t go wrong.
