The Controller Bong

While we don’t condone the use of any drug, not even a pain killer for your head or hands as a result of extensive use of a video game, it’s always nice to see gamers getting creative with their controllers once in a while. I must admit, I’ve never tried a Nintendo controller bong – is that a new Wii accessory?

I think it's important to note that there's a bowl where the thumbstick would normally be, so he's not technically smoking out of plastic, he's smoking out of whatever that bowl is made from, presumably metal. Also, if it is indeed a bong, as this article states, then the smoke is cooled by the water by the time it reaches the inside of the bong... so even though plastic is the main material used, it shouldn't ever get hot enough to make the item unsafe.

Yeah people who are too scabby to buy a bong use plastic juice containers, and while its safe, inhaling any sort of plastic fumes is a bad idea. People have talked about making a N64 controller bong for years, but this is great! Good stuff.

French horn my ass. The French horn mouthpiece is easily identified. The shape is more like a cone. This is obviously a trumpet mouthpiece. I play Tuba, so I could care less what he does to a crappy trumpet.

It would appear the bowl is just a spare slide from a bong (purchased for ~$5).

It's a bong if the bowl is removable and there is water.

It's a bubbler if the bowl can't be removed.

It's a pipe if there is no water.

Now we need some answers.

The object of the game is to "score" with groupies backstage at an awards show, while indulging in a variety of substances, without spilling your drink, or lighting said groupie's dress on fire.

There's even a "rap" mode, wherein the player engages in a rousing game of "the dozens" with gangsta-celebs, which then leads into "combat" mode, featuring fisticuffs erupting between competing entourages...
