I totally would’ve bought this Space Invaders baby mobile for my son a few months ago, but he’s almost 9 months old now and he would probably laugh at its simpleness then shift his eyes across the room toward something more sophisticated, like an Xbox 360 controller. The mobile was created by Chicago artist pixelparty and is made of wool felt, dowels and cord. It consists of nine “invaders” and one laser shooting thing. Cost? $70 US on Etsy. If you have an infant, and grew up with the retro games, now’s your chance to show your love.
