PSP: Now featuring themes

If you upgrade your PSP to the new 3.70 firmware, you can take advantage of the new system graphic themes, as well as play music and photos simultaneously. Unfortunately, there are only 2 themes available so far – Cookies and Classic Pink – and you’ll have to get them from the Japanese site. Joystiq’s got the instructions. Now, where is the PC-based theme creator and where are the websites with great new themes?
