fftacticswaroflions.jpgOctober PSP releases jump right in with Syphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow showing up on the 2nd. The shooter returns and previews seem to show that it will be as great as the first.

The 2nd will also bring Hot Pixel, the 2D minigamer in the style of the WarioWare series.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions will have gamers returning to the world of Ivalice on October 9th. It has some new job classes and cutscenes to look forward to.

Racing fans will be able to play Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights on the 8th, as well as Sega Rally Revo on the 9th.

Star Wars fans, brace yourselves – Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron brings the sci-fi shooter to the PSP on the 9th. It will allow up to 16 players online.

Spider-Man 3 hits the PSP on October 16th for some web-slinging fun. Thrillville: Off the Rails and Napoleon Dynamite also debut on the 16th. LocoRoco 2 is supposed to arrive on the 17th and also allow up to 16 players; however, few details are to be found.

October 23rd brings some early Halloween fun with Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, with a retooled Rondo of Blood, and unlockable original Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night. Three games in one! The same day, hack and slash your way through a city overrun with mythical beasts via Warriors of the Lost Empire.

Looks like PSP will have some solid titles this month to entertain us.
