Crash Bug in Tiger Woods for the Xbox 360

Last year the Penny Arcade guys loved Tiger Woods so much, at first, that if memory serves, one of them even bought an Xbox 360 for his dad so they could all play it online. There were big problems with that game then, and it looks like, shock of shocks, EA has produced another problem release for the franchise.
The dynamic webcomic duo report that a reproducible crash bug is present on the Xbox 360 version, according to the Gamespot review for the game. This particular bug isn’t present on the PS3 version of the game, and the Gamespot score of 6.5 comes with the big block of unpleasant text above. The PS3 version scrapes by with a Good 7.0, lacking the crash bug but keeping the notation of features that don’t work well if at all.
Tycho had one request for the developers next time around:
Next year, can you guys make sure you put your crash bugs into the demo, too? It would really help the consumer make an educated decision.
But with both versions not getting really flattering reviews, why would you buy them? Oh maybe because last year’s 360 offering was worse and even if it had been good the servers would have been shut off for it by now, right?
