Yes it was worth it inspite of the reviewers comments. I mean yes its a very short game with not too much to explore (which is practically a cardnal sin in a castlevania game) and the story is a little band because of it, but at $6.99, I had alot of fun with this one. The play control is fine once you get use to it, theres an ok experience system, a TON of items and weapons, most of it takes place outside of castlevania like simons quest (something I wish they would do alot more), and it has the classic song "bloody tears" which is the best in my opinion. If only they had made it alot bigger and more exploratory, this would be one of my favorites.

I just can't do action games on a mobile phone, to be honest I don't understand why there are so many of them because the controls are just aggravating. I don't understand how there are enough people out there who either a) have some phone which has an acceptable d-pad (mine isn't great, but it's better than just the num pad) or b) haven't played enough games to care. Tactical games like Ancient Empires work really well, but I guess they have less mass market appeal.
