Gears “Hidden Fronts” Map Pack to Be Freed

After selling over 500,000 downloads on Xbox Live, it looks like the Hidden Fronts map pack for Gears of War will now be free. Starting at 2:00 AM Pacific time on September 3rd, the map pack will become a free download for all Gears of War players. The map pack contains four new multiplayer maps that will also be a part of the upcoming Gears of War title on the PC. Check the jump for the full press release.
