cagcastgreen120-1.gifAnyone that has visited www.cheapassgamer.com, knows that it is the place to go to find out the info on price drops on your favorite console or games. They have people all over the place that send them ads and tips on when things in the gaming industry will be going down in price.

Well, Circuit City is not too happy about CheapAssGamer giving the masses inside info on when things will be going on sale. They are so upset, that they decided to serve CheapAssGamer a subpoena, requesting the names and info regarding those that have leaked Circuit City info.

I can see the point of Circuit City not wanting to lose out on potential sales, because people see the ads ahead of schedule and wait to buy stuff, but they have to realize that it is the nature of the Internet. And it is not CheapAssGamer.com’s fault that Circuit City cannot control the security of their advertisements. Well, the guys over at CheapAssGamer have decided to fight the subpoena and will not give up the info on the people that submit these tips. If you agree with them, make sure to visit their site and support them in their quest to fight “The Man”.
