Last year’s South Park episode, “Make Love, Not Warcraft” was one of the funniest game parodies I had seen ever. The tone of the episode, and all the stereotypes that were portrayed, was excellent. To see them come up with the most ridiculous strategy ever to get leveled probably led to many gamers trying to pull off the same feat, hopefully minus the explosive diarrhea.

Apparently, I was not the only one who noticed the genius of the episode as it was nominated for an Emmy today for Outstanding Animated Program Less Than One Hour (Could they be any more specific). Good luck to Trey Parker and Matt Stone with the Emmy and I would think that most gamers are thankful for the episode.
