Silicon Knights suing Epic over Unreal Engine 3.

Gamasutra is reporting that Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem and Too Human developer Silicon Knights is suing Epic for breach of contract over its Unreal 3 Engine, and is now building their own engine on which to run the eventually-to-be-released Too Human.

The suit initially alleges that: “Rather than provide support to Silicon Knights and Epic
