Metroid, Zelda websites fall on e-asses after E3 showings.

I may have made too much of Retro Studios’ website going down for over a month recently. Of course, hindsight is always 20/20, as the site re-emerged unchanged, despite my strong belief we would see something… anything when it came back up.
That said, here I am again, reporting to you that just after E3′s big showings of Metroid Prime 3 and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, both the official website for Metroid and its counterpart for Zelda are down for the count. It’s worth noting that Prime 3 was not on the official Metroid site yet earlier today, but Phantom Hourglass had some small presence on the Zelda Universe site.
Before you start asking me why I look at these websites every day, keep in mind… I’m a professional. It’s my job to look for patterns and then invent them when publishers are unfortunate enough to have a server crash.
Nonetheless, both titles recently received release dates within the next few months, Metroid’s being in August and Zelda’s in October. Now there is more than enough information and content to warrant real presences on the official websites. Don’t bother staying tuned, I’ve got nothing better to do. Some people wait in line for console launches, this is my raison d’?
