Stor3d: Joust, Uncharted trailer, and Rampage, really.
Apparently last week’s PlayStation Store update was a bit messy for Sony. I heard that Rampage wasn’t released when expected, but they really didn’t say much about it. Crushing, crumbling, and chomping fans get their Rampage this week along with Joust, both for just five bucks each. Of course with no voice support I’ll pass.
The Store update also includes a very pretty HD trailer for Uncharted from Naughty Dog, but it’s nothing different from the Sony Gamer’s Day trailer that had already been released. I was wondering when we’d hear from Naughty Dog, especially since they and Insomniac had a nice little rivalry going on with their last-gen platformers.
Also keep your eyes peeled for the Warhawk Beta download on the Store. It’ll be there if you got in. I didn’t get in. Hopefully they’ll let me in later.
I’m not exactly hurting for things to play with the Upscaling in the 1.80 firmware making all the great PS2 games I want to finish up and dig into look so much nicer, and I’ve hardly made a dent in Calling All Cars. In fact, I haven’t yet played any single player games of CAC.
