Gurumin, Ratchet and Clank deals for PSP
With the recent price cut on the PSP followed by budget pricing for some of its best titles — we’re talking about Daxter and Wipeout Pure, Lumines, and even Lumines II these days at 20 bucks and below — it’s easy to think that you have to wait a long time for pricing on top-tier titles for the little handheld that could to drop. But if you’ve been keeping your eyes peeled, you’d have noticed a couple of things:
1. Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure has fallen to 20 bucks.
2. Over the weekend the hot platformer Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters was being offered for 20 bucks by GameExpress.com.
While the GameExpress price pretty much looks like a loss leader, or a mistake, it’s nice to see some quality titles available at less than full MSRP. Does this mean they didn’t sell well originally? If I’m looking to pick them up, I’m not particularly upset because I’ll go after them at this price. I’ve already ordered Ratchet and Clank.
