Geometry Wars: Galaxies coming to Nintendo platforms.

I got my issue of Nintendo Power today. In the news section I read a brief article by staff writer Andy Myers saying a Geometry Wars game is being developed by the Battalion Wars team (that would be Kuju I believe) for Wii and DS. New features in Geometry Wars: Galaxies include “an extensive single-player campaign”, motion/touch control, and multiplayer functionality. It also says that “both versions from Retro Evolved will be included, as well.” I’m assuming they mean both versions of… multiplayer? Maybe someone who’s played Geometry Wars can shed some light on that for me.

    Geometry Wars includes 2 versions on the 360. The original mini-game that was included in Project Gotham Racing 2 and the new Evolved version with all pretty colors.

    I’m pleased as punch about this. I can’t wait to try this game with the wii mote. Hopefully its a downloadable title, but I doubt it.
