In what may be considered the gaming event of the decade, Dirty Dancing is coming to the PC. One has to ask why it took so long, but it is better late then never. I mean after being bombarded by constant viewings on TNT, it was only a matter of time before the brainwashing would require a video game to go along with the movie.

Not much was said about the gameplay, but I would assume that it could play worse than the Survivor game that came out a few years ago and still sell over a million copies, just because the Dirty Dancing label is on the outside box. It will most likely be a casual affair, either a simplistic adventure game or maybe some sort of rhythm game. Look for this game anxiously during the Christmas gaming bonanza.

This could be the greatest RPG of All-Time. Imagine the thrill of being Frances Houseman and going to the Catskills with your family to discover the first steps of your blossoming womanness. This game could have it all: romance, suspense, drama, music and Patrick Swayze in a leotard.
