Eidos launches casual game label

Eidos has launched a casual game label, SoGoPlay, in anticipation of the casual gaming industry becoming a 2-billion-dollar industry by 2008. They will include console and mobile games, as well as PC games. Titles currently in development include SPY-Q and Nervous Brickdown for Nintendo DS, and Merry-Go-Round-Dreams for PC. Currently there’s only one PC title available on the website, called Fruit Fall. Clicking the More Games button takes you to UK site Zylom, where you can sign up for a monthly membership for popular titles such as Bookworm, Bejeweled, and Jewel Quest.
