Ace Combat 6 To Refuel On PS3
OXM has revealed in a detailed article about Ace Combat 6 that it will be a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360, eventually coming to the PlayStation 3 and possibly in some form on the PSP. No times are are given for when the game will come in for a landing on Sony’s most recent pair of gaming systems, just that it will make it to the PS3 at some point.
While I’m happy that the Ace Combat series hasn’t completely flown the coop to the Xbox 360, I can’t say I’ll be playing this the moment it comes out. I enjoyed Ace Combat 4 quite a bit but the series isn’t one of my favorites overall. That said, I haven’t had a chance to play around with Ace Combat 5, or Zero, or whatever they called it to keep people from saying “Five? That must mean it’s a stale series.”
Oh wait, there was a 5 for PS2, then a Zero for PS2, and an X for the PSP so 6 will be the eighth game in the series. I have some catching up to do.
