Sega Nerds puzzles out new Sega viral ad campaign?

mustard.pngWith the fervor that only a fansite can muster, Sega Nerds has puzzled out what Sega’s new viral marketing video is about, or at least they think they may have. And hey, that’s good enough for me. Ever since I bumped into the site by accident a couple of weeks ago I’ve been a daily visitor.

This is the campaign that seems to refer to an alleged April game announcement… so of course, we all need to watch to see if it’s “announced” on the first, if you catch my drift. As they point out, this is not the NiGHTS thing, this is something else.

The people at Sega Nerds really know their Sega. Which I suppose is not a surprise. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into it, and I don’t want to steal their thunder, so head over to hear their thoughts. Keep in mind that if you don’t have a pretty solid Sega history you won’t have any idea what they’re talking about. I had to look the game up myself. Personally, when I saw the bunny ears I assumed this was another episode in the Rub Rabbits series. And the monkey mask made me think of Super Monkey Ball. But what do I know.
