Yet another “the next Katamari”

Tragically, Katamari Damacy for the Nintendo DS was cancelled, but perhaps “the next Katamari” is coming to the DS. Prey the Stars is a game in which you are a cartoon dog who must eat everything on the level. Just like Katamari, you can only eat small things at first, and then eat larger ones as you grow. Perhaps this game is an homage (or a ripoff) of Katamari Damacy?

Hopefully the game will either sell really well or get enough critical acclaim to convince Namco to bring Katamari back into development for the DS.
Sounds like Cubivore, which came out for the N64. And sadly I have porn of it.
